Ingredients:
- 6 oz good gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 pint heavy cream or half & half
- 1 large leek
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 package gnocchi
Trim the leek so only the white portion remains. Chop it finely.
